(RTTNews) - The S&P/Case Shiller composite 20 home price index fell 0.9 percent m/m and 16.3 percent y/y in July, after -0.5 percent m/m and -15.9 percent y/y in June, noted the analysts at UBS. The pace since April, -0.9 percent per month on average, was not as weak as the -2.4 percent per month average in Q1, but some of the "improvement" appears to reflect seasonality.
