RICHMOND (AP) -- Virginians looking to start a business now have a one-stop Web site to help them through the process. Governor Tim Kaine on Tuesday announced the launch of the state's online business formation portal called Business One Stop . The site helps streamline the process to start a business in Virginia by finding and filling out the necessary forms.
